Sucisuci offers free international shipping to most countries, like Untied States, Canada, United Kingdom, The EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, South Korean, Japan, etc.
Your Sucisuci orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Hong Kong. It will take 2-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please Kindly review your shipping and billing information before confirming the order. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, it will take more time to process the order.

Custom Duties & Taxes
Taxes and duties are not included in the prices of products you purchase from our website. Buyers should be responsible for any taxes and duties in order to receive the package. These fees are not collected by Sucisuci, so we cannot advise the amount, and it cannot be refunded, either. Please contact your local Customs Authority for information.
(In order to save customers VAT and customs duties, we usually declare a lower price than the actual price on the logistics bill/customs declaration)
Address
The physical address is necessary, please DO NOT leave P.O box address as some couriers cannot deliver. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for shipping. We encourage all customers to double check shipping address before confirming payment. If you want to amend or change address, please contact us as soon as you place the order.
